Warranty:
- Limited Warranty: All products sold by Lusso Autoworks are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship per the brand. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Coverage: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Claims Process: If you believe your product is defective and falls within the warranty period, please contact us at info@lussoautoworks.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess your claim and, if deemed eligible, provide instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement.
- Exclusions: Lusso Autoworks reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the criteria outlined above or if the product is found to be tampered with or modified in any way.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Lusso Autoworks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Return Policy:
- All Sales Final: Except for warranty claims as outlined above, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects covered by our warranty.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Exceptions: In rare cases where an exception to our no return policy is granted, a restocking fee of 25% may apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
